The association called "AMICI DEL PIAN DELLE BETULLE" is established in accordance with Legislative Decree 117/2017 of the civil code, where compatible, and with the relevant laws in force.
The association pursues non-profit civic, solidarity, and social utility objectives by carrying out one or more activities of general interest as referenced in Article 5 of Legislative Decree 117/2017, including:
- Interventions and services aimed at safeguarding and improving environmental conditions and the careful and rational use of natural resources.
- Protection and enhancement of cultural heritage and landscapes, pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 January 2004, no. 42, and subsequent amendments.
- Organization and management of cultural, artistic, or recreational activities of social interest.
- Organization and management of tourist activities of social, cultural, or religious interest.
- Organization and management of amateur sports activities.
- Redevelopment of unused public assets.
In particular, the social activity promotes the development, enhancement, and protection of the site known as "Pian delle Betulle" in the municipality of Margno LC.
